sebagai contoh,perkara yang ingin dicapai pada hari ini adalah solat berjemaah di awal waktu di masjid universiti….

namun,
tetibe kita terlupa dengan perancangan kita di awal pagi itu,lantas kita memberi denda kepada diri kita untuk tidak buka tumblr/fb pada malam hari

hal ini penting agar kita bisa memdidik hawa NAFSU kita yang hanya sering menginginkan “comfort zone” sahaja (^,~) ingat, kekasih kita Rasulullah saw bersabda, “syurga itu dipagari dgn kepayahan, sedangkan neraka itu dipagari dgn keseronokan” [HR Bukhari] wallahualam, selamat mencuba… sincerely, me :D (via nursyahid)
